Pursuing a university education is an investment in your future, and a variety of financial supports are available to help along the way.

Indigenous students can access Indigenous-specific funding opportunities as well as scholarships, bursaries, awards, and other financial resources available across Western.

If you would like to discuss your financial situation or explore funding options, undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to book an in-person or virtual appointment with Donna Noah, the Indigenous Financial Aid Coordinator, by email at dnoah@uwo.ca.

Donna NoahDonna Noah (Neeka/she/her)

Indigenous Financial Aid Coordinator

Kuwiinguneewalohmwa, my name is Donna and I am Lunaapeew (Lunaape), bear clan from Munsee Delaware Nation and Eelūnaapèewii Lahkèewiit Delaware Nation and I am the Indigenous Financial Aid Coordinator but I also facilitate the Indigenous Circles of Support and Leadership Program (ICSLP) through the Indigenous Student Transition Program (IST) at ISC. I am also an alumni of Western and graduated in 2018 with an Honors Specialization in Indigenous Studies. Prior to attending Western, I attended the Anishinabek Educational Institute (A.E.I) where I obtained a Native Community Worker (Traditional Aboriginal Healing Methods) Diploma. Being a previous student, I know how important ISC can be to Indigenous students journey and time here at Western as it became my community and a big part of my life during my undergrad and I hope to welcome current and incoming Indigenous students to our growing community and I hope to be a support during their journey here at Western.
